Heating Engineer

A fully qualified Gas Heating and Plumbing Engineer, Ellis has worked in the Plumbing and Heating Industry for over ten years. His skills are in boiler breakdown diagnosis, gas fire servicing, Landlord Gas Safety Inspections, unvented hot water cylinders and all types of Plumbing work. Callum is an experienced bathroom installer and professionally trained tiler. A great communicator, Callum always has time to answer customer questions and advise on bathroom challenges – a real asset to the team.

Industrial & Commercial Meter Compliance Inspector

Plans and undertakes our non-domestic gas metering compliance inspections in Scotland. Fiona works alongside her husband to complete client-driven inspection reports on time every time.

GRAHAM HILL

B.Eng (Hons), MIGasEM, FIMechE, C. Eng.

A Chartered Engineer and Fellow of the IMechE who manages and completes our non-domestic gas inspections in the North of England, North Wales and the West Midlands. Graham has worked within the gas industry for over forty years, providing our team with Health and Safety expertise and senior knowledge of Gas Engineering Processes.

JONATHAN CLEWER

Owner & MD

Jon set up Utiligrid Limited following a very successful career working within the Construction and Utility Sectors. He has held senior positions within several large blue-chip organisations. His previous experience and reputation is exemplary, he has managed complex gas utility Networks, Project Managed large gas distribution schemes and most recently developed a large-scale Smart Metering business. He has a passion for doing the job right first time, developing people and customer service excellence.

HELEN PALMER

Director Sales & Marketing

Helen has over twenty-three years of experience in sales, she has worked within the Media Industry for a large American Media Group, holding senior positions such as Head of Media Sales, and running her own Sales division. She is very efficient and organised; Helen is well known for building skilled successful teams who consistently delivered targets and publications working to tight deadlines. She has a strong network of professional contacts, enabling her to maintain a professional presence within the local business community.

We are considerate of the environment, planning work to reduce travel and we employ vehicle tracking technology to monitor driving behaviours reducing fuel consumption. We are registered as a waste carrier so that we can remove the waste we generate and recycle it through licensed operators and we use nontoxic materials where possible.

Our Process

Your journey begins with the initial contact, you will always find us friendly with a can-do attitude. We may need a site visit to fully understand the project scope, which we will happily arrange, followed by free advice and a free estimate. On acceptance of the work, we’ll plan the job time and date with you, turn up when we have agreed and complete the project scope. Sometimes things don’t go exactly to plan – please don’t worry, we are here to work through the challenges together.
